Dr. Huff grew up in West Texas. He received his undergraduate degree in biology and religion at Trinity University in San Antonio. He received his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston and completed his pediatric residency there as well. In 2021 Dr. Huff was named a Career Teaching Scholar by the University of Colorado Department of Pediatrics. He is married to Amy Plog who has a Ph.D. in clinical psychology and works for the Colorado Department of Education. They have two sons and a daughter. Dr. Huff joined Pediatric Pathways in 1996.
