While we strive to provide you with the most current information available, we also seek your partnership in making the financial process as smooth as possible. Please always be prepared to verify and update insurance and demographic information in a timely fashion, so we can bill appropriately right from the beginning.
New/potential patients: If you carry commercial insurance, we will ask for very specific plan information when you call for your first appointment to make sure your plan is one that we can accept. For Medicaid/Health First Colorado patients, we will ask you to provide the state ID# so that we can verify your managed care affiliation before scheduling an appointment. Please be prepared to provide us with this information. See the list below for current insurance affiliations.
Existing families: If you have a change in insurance from prior visits, please check with us before coming in for appointments to verify our participations in your new plan, or please verify that we are on the provider roster for your plan through your insurance company website. We are also contracted with many nationwide networks, including PHCS, First Health, and Multiplan. Please call our office and provide a card copy (front and back) in order to verify participation on any insurance plans before your visit.
We are not contracted with the following carriers:
If we are not in network with your plan (see above) we can still see your child on a self-pay basis, with payment due at the time of service, but in many cases, we will not be able to provide immunizations on a self-pay basis. Please talk to our billing staff if this applies to you.
